Refund
Policy
Red Dingo will replace a tag free of charge if the details
engraved on the tag are incorrect and/or differ from the information
written on the tag order form or if the tag is faulty and/or
damaged. Please follow the procedure outlined on the tag card
which was sent to your with your tag. If you have bought any
of our other products such as leads and collars through a
retail store please contact the retailer regarding replacement
of the faulty product.
Red
Dingo will not refund any products, we will only replace the
item. Red Dingo reserves the right to exercise its own discretion
in some cases.

Please contact Red Dingo for both retail and wholesale pricing
information. Our goods are available to both domestic and international
customers so please discuss payment options with your local
Red Dingo distributor and/or retailer.
